As the Community Outreach Coordinator, Regan cultivates relationships and opportunities for collaboration between C4CM and local non-profit organizations. Regan supports the development of innovative technologies through community-focused design processes, including field testing, focus groups, presentations and social media. Regan draws on a diverse background in community development that began as one of three college graduates selected to serve as a Housing Fellow for the City of New York’s Dept. of Housing Preservation and Development. She went on to raise and structure more than $100 million in public, private and philanthropic financing for socially motivated initiatives while at Bank of America, New England Housing Investment Fund, and a Boston-based consulting firm. Most recently, she managed a portfolio of strategic capital projects for non-profit clients including ZUMIX, Cambridge Housing Authority, and the East Boston Neighborhood Health Center.
Regan applies her extensive project management and business development experience to strengthen relationships, coordinate activities, and develop outreach strategies between the Center and its community partners.
